Classification Procedures

Definitions

LOCAL LEAGUE ROSTER. Those players registered on a team roster for the purpose of participating in a sanctioned league.

WEEKEND TEAM. A team that does not participate in any local league but is formed specifically for tournament play.

TRAVEL TEAM. A team that does not play in a local league but a team that travels to seek competition.

TRAVEL LEAGUE. A league comprised of a set of teams who use a set roster and travel by a set schedule. In most areas, a travel league is created because there are not enough competitive teams to form a local league.
