Classification Procedures

Points of Emphasis

  1. There should be no more than three different classifications within any one league unless this is the only league offered in the community that is being classified.
  2. Teams that are at the bottom of a league and have consistently been out classed in League games may be one class lower than the rest of the league.
  3. Team classifications will be made before teams have completed their local schedules. Those responsible for classifying should use some subjective reasoning and speculate where these teams will be at the end of the season.
  4. PLAYERS will assume the same classification as the team for which they participate. If a player or team plays in more than one league, they will assume the higher classification if the teams are not classified at the same classification.
