  INTERNATIONAL SOFTBALL FEDERATION

International Softball Federation Certification ( ISF ). ISF Certification is the highest honor available for the working umpire. In order to qualify, an umpire must have umpired in at least three ( 3 ) ASA National Championships, two of which must be in the major classification and receive the highest rating available. In addition, the acceptance is subject to the approval of the ISF Selection Committee. It is from this select group that all umpires are selected to umpire at the international level.
